One Kitten or two?

I have two male cats who are 13, really georgous daft animals. I am thinking about getting another kitten though.

Would a female kitten be better? And would it be better to get one or two?

Any ideas would be great!

I've no idea. Would your older boys accept the newcomer though? I have two boys, less than a year old. I honestly can't imagine them rolling out the welcome mat to another cat.

Hmm. Not sure.

Some days they are more tolerant than others.

I expect your older boys would take it quite badly. Harsh as this sounds, I'd wait until they passed away. We introduced new kitten to older cats that were say, 5-8yo, but 13 is quite crotchety ime.

Guess you are right and I just need to be sensible.
