My Boy is coming up to 11, he?s always been very laid back even for a cat 
depending on his mood he would occasionally go out for a few hours, but he and my girl cat have always had open access .
Though she only goes out when it?s warm and sunny and the back door is left open and several other conditions she loudly imposes; yes I am well trained
Anyway OH commented yesterday that he seems to be sleeping a lot at the moment. More than normal, I work from home half the week and haven?t really noticed it, well not as a sudden change in behaviour; I did think he had slowed down a bit. But put it down to age.
But he?s still eating/drinking/pooing and trying to sit on the keyboard while I?m using it, generally playful. And a friend who visited day before commented that you could see the mischief in his eyes.
And seriously he would let me know if he was in pain, the 2-3 days after he was ?done? were hell, he was clingy and cried unless he could sit on or next to me, where as she hid in the bedroom and refused to have anything to do with us for about 4 days.
He?s due his yearly MOT next month, but OH?s comment has worried me.
On the other hand he hates the vets with a passion and if I take him it will freak him out big time, and I don?t want to do that if I?m panicking and this is normal.
