one more thing (sorry) but when i cuddle her i can smell her bottom. i have never noticed this before as i always thought cats were clean. she has been living pretty rough and is run down so it could be that. a friend of mine says she isn't used to being a domestic cat and that it will take a while although i have seen her clean hearself although not her bottom. is this normal? is there anything i should do>? she is a long haired cat, is it harder for them to clean their bottoms? she did a poo today which looked solid/healthy, not upset tummy, thanks for any advice
