Cat has two lumps in his groin

One on either side. One seems like a large flap of skin (like a skin tag) and the other is more of a lump. I don't know how long he has had them, as he is very furry (he is 2 year old neutered Maine Coon). Touching them doesn't seem to bother him - I pressed the larger one and he waved his willy at me. Vet does not come back from holiday until the end of the month. Any advice/ideas in the interim? He is his usual daft self, not in any pain, no change in his behaviour.
