Does your cat eat paper and is it a problem?

FABCat has always liked to sort through paper and newspapers but is now tearing at it and appearing to eat it. She isn't well but I don't know if this is a vitamin deficiency making her eat paper .

Ours 'eats' cardboard and paper but not caused her a problem, she is strange mind as she sleeps on bubblewrap !!

That's good. She has always liked to sort through paper but hasn't ripped it up and left mess everywhere before .

Ah christmas in our house this year was fun, she needed a new sheet every day or 2 and last week helped herself to the new box of dry food!
