The day before yesterday I noticed she was doddery when walking about and then yesterday she wouldn't come in so I picked her up and put her on my daughters bed where she sleeps. I could tell she didn't know where she was and when I went to stroke her she didn't know my hand was coming and flinched when I stroked her but then nuzzled into me purring.
I took her to the vets today and she is blind as suspected, I have left her at the vets whilst they check for high blood pressure and thyroid/kidney problems.
I am so sad! Poor pussycat :( She is 14 and she is just so lovely!
