Hi,

I really want a kitten so DS (4) can learn to be kind to pets, our lovely old cat died some time ago and the house seems so empty without her :(

The CPL/ RSPCA won't let us adopt as we live too close to a main road :(

Does anyone know where I could get one?

Prefer a kitten so it could get used to DS.

TIA xx

You can have both my cats! Buggers!
(Not really, but they are driving me insane at the moment!)

Try a smaller rescue, we found they were more flexible and took into account things like we're down a king drive, woods close by where the cats tend to go, where the catflap is.

Be warned though, children that age might go through a period of not liking the kitten as the scratchiness they do can be a shock to the system.
