My cat keeps shagging my dds teddies

He is about a year old. Yes, he has been neutered. But he keeps kidnapping my dds teddies and shagging them (willy out and everything but thankfully no emissions )
WTF can I do?

We had a cat that shagged the throw on the sofa. We had to confiscate it in the end, he couldn't resist its velvety lure.

He has a particular preference for a cuddly lion with a lavender/wheat bag in his tummy (you warm it in micro as a hottie).

Do you think it is a dominance thing, he recognises a distant rellie and wants to show who is boss?

Or is it a preference for old ladies?

Oh hells bells, just had to rescue William the Lion again.

Is he an only cat?

One of ours does this (and loudly as he reaches whatever he reaches - he is long since neutered). It is worse when he is stressed. Someone recommended Feliway, I think but it's expensive. Tbh the kids have far too many stuffed toys - seventy odd? So the odd one can be sacrificed to meet the needs of an old cat. They will ask at some point I suppose .....

Oh I don't know. Surely there must be some alternative.

My cat does this to lots of things, including my jumpers and tights if I leave them on the bed absentmindedly . He was neutered at 6 months, he's now 11 and has done this for years. Not sure how to stop him but if I try and drag him off he makes a right racket!

I put my new M&S Merino wool tights on for the second time the other day and wondered why there were so many pulls in them. And then it dawned on me... "OH Yuck!"

It started with the paddling that they do as kittens and I didn't think anything of it as it's something they do as a memory of getting milk from their mums but then the little bum starts going like it's got a piston in it. Once he's done he stops and licks his willy. Mucky little tike.

LOL no idea how to stop this .... My old Siamese has always liked my husband for this !!!!!!!!!!! It makes me laugh and dh has given up and accepts he may get molested by the cat!! The joy of pet ownership

Hehe, my cat does it too... I can see you don't want him shagging DD's teddies but couldn't you find him a pair of cheap fluffy slippers or something (my cat seems to have a definite preference for slippers anyway!). Personally I was quite happy to find that he still had a sex life after I had him neutered, it made me feel less of an evil killjoy .
