our kitty's been gone all day...

shes only ever been in the garden before,im very very worried,we've been out looking for her all afternoon.we are back,she is not.

any tips?

How old is she? Have you got neighbours who are likely to have had sheds/garages open?

Keep calling her regularly and rattling her food outside. They do like to scare you though - and no young cat is ever going to stay in one garden. They are made to explore.
