Hi everyone, I have 4 cats and it has just dawned on me how expensive it is to frontline my cats each month.
So I was wondering if there were cheaper alternatives.
It cost me about £30 for 6 pipettes, so thats £5 per cat per month - £20. UM!
I love my cats to bits. My 4 month old tom , Gizmo ,is adorable. Grey with a stripey grey and black tail. He is sooooooooo cuddly. Bless!

I doubt opting for a cheaper alternative is going to save you much in the long run. Frontline is quite effective and if it works well for your cats then I wouldn't change. However as for the cost maybe you could not do it quite so often.

Frontline advertise that it is effective for up to 5 weeks, I de-flea my cats every 6 weeks and never see a flea as a result. I also don't like to over-medicate my cats as one of them is quite good at requiring it. By extending the gap between de-fleaing you will save yourself about 4 treatments per cat per year yet still be using the same quality product.

If your vet has Effipro it will probably be cheaper and is exactly the same as frontline. Otherwise the other cheap tat will end costing you more in the long run as it doesn't work.

Try this here.
£16.32 for 6 pipets.
I have been ordering here for over a year now.
