Sneezy cats!

Hi, this is my first post in this section :)

We've had our female cat our nearly 2 years now - she's nearly 10 and the soppiest cat you can imagine!! Very needy, always fussing but low maintenance. A couple of weeks ago we were looking around Wood Green Animal Shelter and fell in love with a long haired tabby whom we brought home not long after :) They get on absolutely fine - the odd "tap" at eachother when they cross paths but mostly they ignore one another.

Only thing is, after about a week our male started sneezing. Nothing too serious I don't think, but usually 1-3 sneezes at a time, 3-4 times a day (from what we hear anyway) and now our female is sneezing too. Obviously with the time of year, I'm guessing they've just got a bit of a cold - they don't have runny eyes or noses, and their appetite hasn't decreased. We've never had sneezing cats before, is this something that will go away on it's own or do we need to get them to the vet?

Any help or advice appreciated :)

Sorry, should add that they have coughed once or twice aswell - we thought they were coughing up hairballs but there was no, um, end product!
