Cattery Costs

My DD is asking for a kitten, and I want to get an idea of some of the costs before we agree.

Does anyone know how much a cattery would cost in the East Midlands, for say a week?

here in scotland its about £6 per day. i would imagine ones down by you would cost roughly the same.

we pay £8 per day they provide food
but - there are cheaper in our area, we just got a really lovely feeling about the one we use.

£6.50 a day for the one we use - I've just had to look at the website to remind myself though, so why not google some catteries near you and get accurate local figures?

£11 a day for the two of them, bargain, two kittens approximately 73 times the fun you know ... ;)

Our is 5.25-5.75 per day, that about 36-40 per week depending upon the facilities!

That's just off the M1 near Ikea - can highly recommend depending upon where you are!

£8 per day inclusive of food in Herts.

Thanks everyone, that's actually less than I thought.

I'll have to ask around for local recommendations.

Mmm, I have just booked mine into a cattery in Herts £10 for 1st, £9 each for second and third, a day. So a weekend is 4 days as they have to go in Friday afternoon, they are not open Sunday, so collect Monday at 10.30 = £152!

A house sitter would be cheaper, me thinks!

Where is the one you use girlywhirly and do you recommend it?
