Quick meals for non-cook please

This is DH again. Off on a trip in his new campervan.

Last time I sent him off with a portion of beef stew to reheat and eat with crusty bread, and pasta, pesto and tuna.

This time he'll take pasta and a portion of bolognese sauce from the freezer, but needs something for the next night.

All ideas gratefully received. I'd just go to the pub, but he's determined not ro do that.

I'd show him "Fiona in the Wild" on YouTube. A 50 something Scottish lass who wild camps occasionally, she is hilarious and amazing. She cooks eggs ranchero style and massive steaks on her little camping stove outside her tent. No stopping her!

It’s like you’re talking about your child going away to Uni! Jacket potatoes, beans on toast, ready meal…
