Unfortunately a grizzly end for this one but it did have beautiful feathers, I just wondered if anyone would know what it belonged to?

Could anyone ID this bird feather?

I'm guessing pheasant?

But looks too white...

DeathMetalMum · 25/11/2021 16:33

Possibly a sparrowhawk?

TrueGrit54 · 25/11/2021 16:39

Guessing a buzzard but not sure.

steppemum · 25/11/2021 17:31

yes , bird of prey was my second guess.

We have pheasants in our garden every day I will check them tomorrow!

Guineaguinea · 25/11/2021 18:11

Yep, female pheasant.

This is a good website for feathers, once you have some idea which species to check. -
