Blink camera for spotting cat activity?

My MIL is slightly obsessed with the local chats killing the birds in the garden and has asked for a sensor/
Motion camera that can link up to her phone. It looks as though the Outdoor Blink camera can do this. If anyone has one is it easy to set up?
Or can you recommend something else? Thanks!

Out of curiosity, what's she going to do with this other than get increasingly wound up?

I'm not a cat person, but they're allowed to roam and generally be cats.

Is it not better she chills out a little bit? (I know that's not the recommend something else you were intending, but you might be setting yourself up for hours of cat related footage showings whilst she relays her plans to name and shame her neighbours' cats 😂)
