Mastitis? Help

Feel like I'm drying. Like flu. Muscles are so heavy and been feverish all night.
Boob was heavy all day yesterday and really hurts to touch and to feed. Except, last time I had mastitis, I didn't feel too bad, just a raised temp and I had a red patch in my boob. I don't have one this time . Is this mastitis?

Yes, you need to see a doctor ASAP. It can get worse quickly, you'll be given antibiotics.

Get antibiotics today! They work really quickly. I had it twice, and felt so bad the second time I could barely lift up the baby. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks. Yes, the same, i tried to lift him at 6 for his feed and I couldn't. He was so heavy, Dh had to get him. Just getting ready, slowly now, had some ibruprofen, will try and eat, then will go to Dr's for when they open
