days out with our toddler grandson near Manchester

We will be looking after our grandson (who lives near Glossop) over the summer holidays and most of the organised toddler sessions will not be operating. Does anyone have any good ideas what we can do with him - looking for things other than soft play. Many thanks

Local park to feed the ducks.

Picnic lunch at Delamere forest or a country park near you.

Day out at Chester zoo or Blue planet aquarium.

Look out for any childrens' concerts or make instruments like rain sticks and rattles and have your own concert.
