I have a travel bug that wants to go up a mountain and I don't have any near me nor will be visiting any soon.

Is there anybody out there that might be going up a large hill soon that I can send it to.

Why not just put it as the mission statement on its homepage? That's probably the easiest way to get it up a mountain.

I've picked up various TBs with mission statements and always try to follow instruction.

Pop it in another cache and someone may pick it up. Alternatively advance search cache name mountain. I put it in search and near me one came up. It's thinking outside the box a bit as I'm in the fens, which is flat. But the cache name includes the word mountain so technically following the brief.
