Bum-covering waterproof hiking jacket

Why do all women's hiking jackets end mid-bum? I have a desire to keep my bum dry. Does anybody here have any sage advice where I can get a hiking jacket that would cover my bum, be waterproof, not break the bank (£150-ish max) and not look like a bin bag?

Slightly off beat but you could try buying a cycling jacket. They have longer backs to cover your derriere. And they are not all high viz yellow.

Not sure how much hiking your after target dry keeps me dry in the park with the kids in solid rain.
