yup, I was 6 months pg, too (DH carried DC1 in a backpack).
In good conditions not that hard at all. Miserable like any other mountain in bad weather.
I have to do a 5400' climb in May, in what may be very hot conditions, am nervous about that!

Did it last august for national 3 peaks challenge. Loved it!!

My fave of the 3 mountains. Once past the lake halfway up there's a beautiful waterfall..... Then you hit the zig zags (8?) with piled up rock markers

People on their way down have huge smiles and offer encouragement.

I did it in a pair of trainers when I was about 15. If you get a good day it will be fine, but remember to take an extra layer or two for the summit.
