Walking trainner recomendations please, will be used for walking along coastal path but also for local trails which are partly tarmac. Am wearing normal running trainers at the moment but think i need something a bit more substantial as i,m taking part in a 22 mile charity walk soon.

Get some good Goretex walking boots and probably more importantly walking boot socks.
I live and die in Berghaus boots, they're like a second skin now.
