We did this when I was in guides but I can't remember all the details.
It was a black painted biscuit tin and we put it on an A shaped fire. It made remarkably edible cakes.
We're off camping next weekend and I was thinking about doing this. DD(3) loves making cakes but it might be a bit ambitious. Especially if I can't remember how to do it!
Can anyone help with the bits I've forgotten? Is it normal cake mix? How long does it cook for?
