Anyone tried Omni for an anxious dog?

If not Omni then any other recommendations please that have worked to ease barking?

I've got a very nervous sprocker, and I have to watch the protein levels on her food but I will be honest that no supplements or foods helped much in terms of lowering her anxiety. She's been on a low dose of Reconcile for around 12 months after a long chat with our Vet, and that's really worked for her. She has a much higher threshold for getting stressed on walks, so I'm happy to keep her on it (she's 8).

Thank you- I’ll ask my vet about Reconcile. He barks at anyone coming on the drive, ringing the doorbell etc which I can just about live with. But he ends up ‘trigger stacking’ and being in a constant heightened state. The slightest noise will then set him off!

I use omni - it helps but it’s not a magic wand. My dog has been on Prozac which helped a lot more - it bought us six months to work with a behaviourist and the drugs/training was a great combo. She’s being weaned off slowly at the moment and her barking has increased. I had another session with the behaviourist today and she’s given us more advice and suggested continuing to wean off Prozac and re-evaluate in three months.

She’s a ten-year old rescue that I’ve had for 12 months and she is highly frustrated due to her past.

Thank you. We too have a rescue who is 12 years old now. He’s absolutely non reactive outside of the house but the minute someone drives/walks onto our driveway/garden he starts. When he realises he knows the person then he calms down but if a stranger/doorbell ringing he goes mad. We worked with a behaviourist and saw some improvement but then reached stalemate - even if we’d offered a whole chicken stuffed with cheese as an incentive he wouldn’t have done what we wanted him to! So vet suggested Gabapentin but dose was too high and I felt he was ‘sedated’. Now just started back on it but a lower dose and see how we go - fingers crossed!
