Realising that we are our dogs' best friend too

You see it all the time that "'my dog is my best friend" (me, totally)

but do we ever stop to think about the other way around? You are literally your dog's best friend

Aw absolutely! Though we have 2 so they are best friends too.
My DH is always saying “ he absolutely adores you” about our male dog. He rarely leaves my side ( my dog not DH)
We kind of have his and hers dogs though our female thinks everyone is her friend.
Grand pup on the way which will shake things up! She will be at our house whilst DD is at work (she’s taking time off to settle her in) A best friend for DD.

my DH adores our dog, and she adores him. Besties, absolute besties. So he was devastated when she moved out to the spare room with me when he got flu…..
