I barely know where to start. I can't go in to detail at this point, as its a live case but I just need to vent to the universe. My dog is seriously unwell and the vets practice have been absolutely shocking. Rude, unprofessional, incompetent, they've lied, they've refused to communicate and they've left a dog suffering numerous times. It's been a catalogue of mismanagement by them. Once this is over, I'm going to name and shame them in every corner of the Internet. In my 50 odd years on this planet, I've had 3 or 4 panic attacks. I had one this morning because of their actions and behaviour. Multiple vets and nurses at the same large chain in the NW. I've dealt with vets for years in all capacities and I've never come across such negligence.
