Recommendations for durable cooling mats for large double-coated dogs

Hi everyone,
Hoping to pick the brain of the hive-mind please… I’m in the market for new cooling mats. We are a multi-dog household all large, double-coated and destructive breeds so cannot be gel based. What have you used and would recommend? Don’t mind spending money for a decent product that will actually give the dogs some relief. :)
Thank you!

We got ours from B&Q of all places!

I use a cooling coat on my unclipped hairy spaniel. Works a charm.

Mats don’t work fir me - idiot dogs studiously avoid them
cooling coats however work great. My old lady ( ;Goldie) was really uncomfortable yesterday until I put it on - fast asleep ,zero panting 5 minutes after it went on

Chiller coat works so much better!

I actually tested ours out first!

I haven’t seen these - any particular brand you’d recommend?

@Ooodelally

Animate Cooling Coat. Just picked it up off the floor to look at the label and it still feels cool on the inside at 6 am after I took it off him at 11pm last night when we went to bed. He’d been wearing if for a few hours then, so it really does stay cool. He did just disappear when I picked it up as he’s not a fan, but it definitely works to keep him cool. So many dogs won’t stay on a mat. Can’t get away from a coat.

Cooling coat without a doubt. I have Frenchies and wouldn’t be without them. I buy mine off eBay, they’re not too expensive, they last for years 🤗

Yes, I’m starting to feel my most elderly husky probably shouldn’t be given the choice any more… thank you for taking the time to reply :)
