Think my dog has a lazy eye

Recently I have noticed my pups eye looks like it's slightly off centre.
Most of the time it's completely normal but every so often it's rather obvious but seems to correct itself by the next day or even a few hours later.

I have finally managed to get some photos to show the vet but we won't be seeing them for a week.

Has anyone has a dog with a lazy eye and if so what did your vet suggest?
Hes not had a head injury, none of his siblings or parents have this problem and speaking to his breader he's not come across it before.

Pup has heterochromia as well it's his blue eye that seems to cause the trouble

What breed is he? Google Horner's syndrome and see if the eyes look similar - not sure if you mean he's looking in different directions or if its more his eyelids.

Hes a cardigan corgi
The breed can be prone to some eye issues but lazy eye (strabismus) is not a common problem in them

Defiantly more like he's looking in different directions, I have one photo of his absolute worst but usually it's just slightly off centre
I'll try to attach them

This is the worst it's been, it dosent help that his blue eye has a patch of brown as well so it looks like his pupil is elongated.
