How much attention does your dog get

Interested in hearing from single dog parents how much time and attention your dog gets every day.
Their age and their breed
What activities other than dog walking you do.
If you feel your dog gets enough, what you do to make sure they aren’t bored , do they go to doggy day care etc.

4 year old Shihtzu cross... When I'm working from home she gets 45-60 mins walk before work first thing. Then another 45-60 mins either at lunchtime or after work and a game of 'find it' where I hide treats around the house for her, and usually a few tug it games and play in the garden.
She's also at doggy daycare 2 times a week when I'm in the office.

I think it's hard as a single dog owner as they don't get the extra stimulation and attention from having more people coming and going in the house.
