My dog has just bitten my daughter.
They were playing, had stopped for a bit, my daughter went to get up and my dog jumped up and bit her on the face.
My dog was aggressive towards her before because she bit my daughter on the arm but we worked with a behaviourist and thought things were better.
I know the answer deep down is to give my dog up it's just sad that I originally got the dog as a family pet as my daughter is the only child at home and I feel so awful that it has turned on her

There are times when social
Media should be the last port of call. This was one.

Dogs with a bite history should be euthanised. Rescue centres should NOT re-home a dog with a bite history.

Why on earth did you need to post that picture? All the warnings you had to put in front of it should have been enough to make you realise it was inappropriate. What do you want from sharing it?

And, yes, I do think you need to consider giving up the dog, and possibly having it euthanised. I'm sorry for how sad that must make you feel.
