Our little Maltese has been squealing when having a poo, took her to the vets and they checked her over but couldn’t find anything wrong. She is having an ultrasound on Thursday. We are very worried what they might find. All I keep thinking is Cancer - am I overthinking?? She has only just turned 3 years old
