13 month-old labrador still not had her season

Is it ever going to happen?????
The vet suggested she'd had her first heat and it had been 'invisible' but after looking her over, confirmed that she hadn't.

She's a bit mad especially around other people/dogs so am wondering if she might calm down a bit once it's happened?

I think anything up to 18 months is considered normal.

We didn't really see any behaviour changes during or after seasons

Labs are generally mad until 2/3 anyway, both sexes. Are you wanting to know so you can neuter her, or?

In my experience, fit and healthy Labradors don't calm down until they're in double digits 😉

As for her season, she's still young. I wouldn't bank on it changing her behaviour when it happens though.

Her season won’t calm her down (neither will spaying) labs tend to need to age into their more chill moments.
