Solo holiday with my dog?

Any recommendations for a holiday in UK with my dog with me on my own. After a long term break up last year I think I would like to just spend some time this year somewhere dog friendly and that feels safe. Be good to have a holiday to look forward to. Recommendations welcome and appreciated

We went to Blaeneu Ffestiniog and the dog was able to go on all the mini trains and into the national slate museum and loads of other places there's also gorgeous countryside walks to do. Wales in general anywhere, the country can't be beaten, I've yet to have a bad holiday with a dog there so many gorgeous beaches and walks. That said if your dog likes chasing sheep it will need to be on lead as there are just fields and fields of them everywhere.

I stay here a couple of times a year with my dog. It’s quiet but not too secluded. It’s a dog friendly area

Settle in Yorkshire is fantastic for taking your dog.Gorgeous walks and scenery.Almost all cafes and pubs are dog friendly.Lovely people too.
