Food for old but active terrier cross

Our 11yo collie cross JRT is still very active, but for the last week or two seems to have developed a sensitive tummy. She was on anti fungal meds at the end of last year/start of this as she had developed crusty lesions on her ears, and this has helped her fur and the lesions have disappeared. She seems very hungry all the time, and intermittently has been sick for the last 10 days. She's at the vet tomorrow for a full check, but am wondering now whether her diet needs a review. I wondered what other people feed still active seniors? She definitely does not need to lose weight! She is currently on Pure Pet food and until recently seems to have agreed with her ok.

I have used Autarcky senior and Chudleys senior. Current young dog has sensitive tummy, helped by YuMove probiotics and no chicken in his diet.

Tinned Chappie, sorts out any tummy sensitivity I’ve found.
