Does anyone know how an under-18 person might secure volunteering opportunities in a rescue centre? I have begun looking and more and more it seems as if you need to be over 18.
This is a student who wishes to apply to study vet med in Eastern Europe. It requires experience in a vet's practice - tick - , plus experience with an animal rescue organisation.
She says she can find nothing in France, so I've begun nosing around in the UK. Is it a non-starter because of her age? She is 17 yrs old.
