Very smelly urine/accidents in the house

My 3yr old cockapoo has started having accidents in the house within the last few days. She's also wet herself in her sleep on occasion.
She was extensively checked out at the vet this morning. Urine and blood biochemistry all normal, as was a bladder ultrasound and temperature check.
Her nether regions absolutely smell awful so I have washed her gently with diluted Hibiscrub. She's drinking plenty and otherwise well. She has been fully housetrained since 12 weeks old so this is very out of character. The room smells absolutely dreadful when she has had an accident. Sometimes it a puddle, other times just a few drops.
Vet reluctant to give antibiotics so we have anti-inflammatory medication and a Urinaid tablets.

Has anyone experienced similar?

Could be cystitis?

The vet has given an anti-inflammatory (Loxicom) and Urinaid to treat as cystitis but there was no blood, white cells or red cells in her urine. It also looks quite clear in the specimen and she doesn't seem in any discomfort when urinating. Just hope she's back to herself in no time!

Cystitis doesn't always mean bloody urine.

You could try a supplement for bladder health - D-Mannose is very good and not too expensive.

Thanks, I'll look into it. The vet suggested Urinaid for dogs which looks very similar and I started her on that yesterday.
Wee soul hasn't had a good night. She has been wandering around and shaking her head/ears very frequently. Her ears were also checked yesterday and I clean them regularly (floppy spaniel ears so prone to getting dirty).
I hope she has a better day today.

It sounds like she could be in pain - did they check for grass seeds?
