Does anyone understand why my ddog is being weird?

My dog Melody is a Border Collie. She's 9 and a ball of energy. Very clever and loves any human attention

But she has started being really strange for the last 9 days doing things she hasn’t done before
My DP has been working away since the 21st and that sometimes makes her a bit depressed and she goes off her food but this time her mood is perfect, she is a happy and is finishing a meal once a day

However

She is nosing her bowl around the kitchen floor. Twice she has knocked the food on the floor but kept nosing the bowl around
She is moving her cuddly toys around the house at night. They will start off scattered and she will pile them in one place, then pick a different place and move them all there (there's 6 toys)
She has started howling at 22:30 the past 5 nights
Panting but not through thirst
The pillow she uses in the hall is getting dragged from room to room
She has scraped my hall carpet to shreds in one place. It's threadbare now and each morning I am having to cut more of it away

She isn’t on her break as she was in heat around 8 weeks ago

I just don’t understand does anyone speak dog?

The timing would certainly suggest phantom pregnancy as apparently it's normally around the time they would have had puppies if they got pregnant during their heat, iykwim. We removed all the cuddly toys that our dog was trying to mother (she would walk around the house crying trying to find somewhere to bury them) and tried to keep her busy with walks and games. It didn't last long.
