Best chew toys for teeth cleaning

DDoggo (almost 3) needs a tooth cleaning toy. Or similar

Shes always had yak sticks, hard chews, dental style sticks and vet is always happy and agrees these work well for her teeth

She is now on a 6-12 week elimination diet for some suspected allergies and can have none of these. Her breath is now rank and teeth grubby, vet says her teeth need cleaning and suggested toothbrush.

I'm in the same boat, someone in another thread suggested raw chicken wings. Not tried those yet, but I give my pooch a carrot or an apple after her meal.
She also gets a dental chew and I keep on trying with the toothbrush, it's a complete farce, but she gets some toothpaste in her gob and a quick brush (at least 0.5 of a second) of the canines!
