The dog is called Orla but when we used to visit a care home an elderly and hard of hearing resident kept asking her name and couldn't quite catch it so Lorna has stuck

My current pet name of choice is Pumpkin. For absolutely no reason at all.

Previous dog was mostly Pudding (or ginger pudding to give the full nickname).

Neither of these nicknames are anything close to the actual pet's names.

Knobhead - Because his name is Norman - Nobby (Stiles, the footballer) - Nobs - Knobhead. He answers to it as well 😳.
