Pup is 11 and has although has a tumour is ok atm. I am determined it's all about comfort, quality and will pts before any suffering but realistically we're thinking weeks at most.

Bloody hell this is hard. I can't think beyond tomorrow, other than I absolutely will be brave.

Not even sure why I'm posting, other than I know you'll get it 😢

So sorry. I was away when our dog was Ill. Dad took her to the vets and poor thing collapsed. And died. I didn’t get to say goodbye, but she went quickly. It’s 30 years ago. Thinking of you. X

I'm so sorry. Wishing you strength. It's the hardest thing. Flowers

We let DDog go last August. He was 13 and had a couple of well managed conditions but he went downhill in about 6-8 weeks and I'm convinced he had cancer. It was the hardest thing I have ever done letting him go but it was the right thing for him. We had a vet come to his home and he went OTRB on his bed with me and his Dad holding him so he knew he was safe. I miss him immeasurably and I wish he was here still every day, but he had a life well lived. You'll know when the time is right, big hugs from me to you xx

He has had a good life, you love him and you won't let him suffer.

Awful as it sounds, when you have a pet, the end is inevitable, the ending doesn't have to be traumatic

Hugs ❤

I'm so sorry.... It must be such a hard time for you. I do believe that we have a soul contract with our pets and they stay connected with us when they pass. Your baby had a wonderful life and loves you beyond measure. All I can advise is to hold him/her as much as you can and tell them you love them and they will feel that. What's your pup's name?
