Other than the standard list of things, beds, blankets, toys, bowls, leads, collars, harness etc what have you bought for you and your pup that you wouldn't be without?

Looking at doing a little shopping spree for my boy.

Lots of people have mentioned bags but footwear is so important. Slip on crocs or similar for the garden preferably fleece lined. Good waterproof boots again lined with fleece or sheepskin is a good idea if you like snug feet! Also somewhere high up to store footwear so it doesn't get chewed!

The puppy survival thread has just reminded me - old joggers and jumpers. My pup liked to jump and nip at things so don’t wear ‘best’ around him/her. I have three or four jumpers now which now have holes in them, one was quite new annoyingly.

We soon realised that nice clothes were not going to be a thing so I lived in old jeans and hoodie at home for weeks until the biting stopped. She is still mouthy but her bite inhibition is (mostly) good so no damage.

Three pairs of trousers and two hoodies were our clothes count 😂

Oh yes on the subject of clothes - clothes with pockets so you can have a pocketful of treats handy to give them a treat at precisely the right time as a reward for something good!
You get used to smelling meaty.
