Pup Separation anxiety or just naughty?

Evening all, hoping for some wisdom on this one. Experienced dog owner (40 years across five different breeds) but never had this one before.
have two Westies, one elderly and one we got a year ago this month, who is now fifteen months old.
The puppy is an absolute sweetheart, loves coming out with me, but equally happy laying in the office at home while husband and I work. As long as I’m at home, al is dandy. If I go out and take her with me, all fine.
if I go out and leave her behind (even with elderly dog, who she absolutely lives, and my husband there too) she will suddenly start chewing things, destroying flowerbeds etc. She isn’t less stimulated when I go out - if I’m there during the day I’m usually on conference calls most of the time and she and elderly dog have free rein to wander in and out of the garden, so it’s no different if I’m not there.
she does usually come out with me once a day (elderly dog can’t as he is going blind and can’t manage th walks now), but even if she’s been out with me once already the destructive behaviour still happens if I go out again.
When I put husband is usually working and on calls himself so not able to watch her all the time either.
woudl really appreciate any suggestions, as before our dogs have always been fine as long as somebody is home, but she seems very specific about being with me…

Yes, sounds like separation anxiety to me.

Could you crate train her?

May not be anxiety, our nearly one year old is as good as gold, except when our backs are turned. He's more of a pickle for other people than me. But I'm very much his mum and knows the rules.

But he will steal thing's, dog holes, chew out outdoor furniture. But it's all in the garden where he seems to think he can't be seen and has no rules. Indoors he doesn't chew and doesn't need a crate.

Does she only do it out in the garden?

Does pup have things she is allowed to chew on? I'd take them away and only give them when you go out or have some different/special ones for when you go out.
