Does this sound like a season starting?

My dog is 15 months and not had her first season yet. She's not been herself for a week now - a bit lethargic and moping. She does have bursts of energy and playfulness and will go for a walk (not quite as far as normal) but is sleeping a lot more at home. I don't think it's the heat - hasn't been very warm here the last few days.
She's been at the vet for something else and he detected a very slight temperature rise...she is just finishing a course of antibiotics for a sore paw.
No sign of bleeding or anything yet but could it be on its way or is there something else I should be worrying about?!

@butternutsquishh thank you...still no sign of anything but a very interested boy dog on a walk today (mine was on the lead)...he followed her for about 100m with his nose to her rear end

I will say that not all dogs have really visible physical external signs. My dog had quite minimal vulval swelling and yes, there was blood, but it wasn't much. If they groom a lot it could be easy to miss. Good luck!

Other signs my bitch was coming in were sleeping loads, and eating a lot also. Very clingy/ cuddly but some go the other way. About a month before she was SO naughty and badly behaved that I wanted to rehome her send her to the dog boarders for a little break.
