Do you own a dog with epilepsy?

The Royal Veterinary College is looking for UK-based owners of dogs diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy to take part in a clinical trial investigating behavioural interventions as a method to reduce seizure frequency and anxiety in canine epilepsy.

The interventions are aimed at reducing stress and anxiety, and are all reward-based. The trial is carried out remotely, so no in-person visits to RVC are required.

You can find more information here: www.rvc.ac.uk/research/projects/reset

If your dog is aged between 1-10 years and has had at least three seizures in the last three months, please get in touch – we are recruiting until May this year.

You can register your interest here: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/RESET_registeryourinterest and we will get in touch with you via email.

If you have any questions about the trial, please contact Sarah at [email protected]

Please share this information with anyone you know who may be interested!
