She seems really pre occupied with want to lick them. Sorry if tmi. No other symptoms of phantom pregnancy, but it is 2 months since she had her season.

Yes!

Yes she could, I would talk to your vet about getting her spayed

It was her first season so I was waiting until she had one, then was planning to get her spayed

If it is a phantom pregnancy should I be walking her in quiet places like we did when she was in season ?

Cut the food a bit and increase the exercise and training. Hopefully she will be over it in a month. Take away toys and other things she could use as surrogate puppies. Give her lots of love.
Madam has a phantom every season.
If she is a large dog then it is OK to do a couple of seasons, it helps them develop.

Thanks just going through some old threads in here. It sounds like it’s pretty standard for there to be at least some symptoms such as this with each season. As they go through the same hormonal changes even if they aren’t pregnant. She seems a bit more lethargic and dozy bless her.
