they don't have to be puppies any more of course, but pics of when they were. I'm impressed with myself for seeing similarities between my dog and another poster's (see what I mean @Greygreenblue ?) as puppies - it turns out they are related! I'm getting broody now Don't know why as she was a nightmare way back then! Perfect angel now of course.

Awww yes @FurrySlipperBootsFurrySlipperBoots, they have matching face markings. Here Pepper is for other puppy-files, and her (unrelated) brother Rocket when he was a pup (not at the same time thankfully)

@hennaoj Gorgeous!! Do you ever regret going for a breed with such high maintenance fur? I only groom Skye every couple of weeks and that's enough to keep her from getting mats, but I should imagine yours needs a run through with a brush every day?

You don't see many rough collies about these days. I was surprised to see an Old English Sheepdog in town the other day - the first I've ever seen in real life I think! Does anyone on here have one of them?

@Greygreenblue Awww, they look so sweet together! We've toyed with the idea of getting a second but I think Skye is enough for now.

@TooExtraImmatureCheddar Oh my gosh, aren't they adorable when they're at that little fat squeaking guineapig stage! We chose our last at 2 weeks, her eyes wren't even open yet! So cute and squishy!

@Kahu Is she a working dog? We had a farm collie many years ago who was the most terrible car chaser. We tried absolutely everything but it was absolutely ingrained in him. Our current girl is from show stock and isn't even specially interested in a ball!

@lancashirelady Bless her heart! My Skye was a nightmare puppy, honestly it's lucky we didn't live close to Battersea dogs home joking of course but she settled eventually! She's a darling now.

Finn aged 8 weeks, he’s now 7 and a half. He now has a little brother who is 3. We’ve had our issues and he’s still very reactive but we love him.

Nope, he gets brushed once or twice a week but I keep an eye out for mats and brush them out when needed. He likes hugs, which is great as it's like hugging a giant fluffy teddy bear.

@FurrySlipperBoots her grandparents came from working lines. English Shepherds are supposed to be like border collies “with an off switch” but tbh I have found her very BC like. She is very reactive to cars and bikes. She’s now 6 months old and is a work in progress- good job she’s such a cute little snuggle monster!
