Our beloved girl is gone

We had to have our beautiful girl put to sleep on Saturday and my heart feels utterly broken. She went down hill so quickly, two weeks ago she was out in the woods and jumping in ponds. The house feels empty and I miss her so much. Sleep tight my beautiful girl.

So sorry for your loss, it is so heartbreaking. Try and take comfort from the fact that she didn’t have a long time to suffer. She’s gorgeous.

I remember reading this when we had our lovely girl put to sleep, and I thought it was beautiful

I’m so, so dreadfully sorry. She was a beautiful girl. It’s so hard & such a terrible shock when it comes so quickly, out of the blue.

Thank you, that is lovely and how I'm trying to think of it. She was just so loving and funny and special and I miss her so, so much.

I’m so sorry. It’s been six years since we lost our working cocker. We have a loopy lab now but I’ll never stop thinking about our lovely old boy, he was such a star. They never leave you really.

I'm so sorry , what a beautiful dog. It's such a shock when it happens suddenly I know exactly how you feel , our lab x was put down in April we only knew for a few hours she was ill. They are such a part of the family it breaks your heart. Big hugs , take care xx

I'm SO sorry. She's a really beautiful girl, that photo is gorgeous

How okd was she? What was her name? Do you know what caused it?

My girl was a Blue Roan show Cocker. Didn't buy her to show, which was just as well!! Perfect in looks, ear length and all that nonsense, but not the temperament!!

She died suddenly when she was she was 12, in an accident. I still miss her so much. She was one of a kind & has my heart.

She'll be looking out for your girl to play with!

Thank you everyone for all your kindness, she was such a fabulous part of our family and we were the luckiest to have her.

Oh no that springer face got me. We lost our springer a year ago and still miss her every single day. I’m sorry for your loss x
