11 month old puppy enlarged nipples

I've googled but .... she's not pregnant and she had her first season which finished about 6 weeks ago.

Could be a phantom pregnancy... in which case you just have to go through the motions.

One of ours has had bigger nipples since soon after her first season. Unless she displays other symptoms, I'd not worry.

Their nipples grow bigger in the first season & often don’t shrink back, same as our breasts grow after puberty.

Thanks all. Vet said probably phantom pregnancy. They are huge. And to keep an eye out for if she starts lactating.
