What's wrong with my dogs mouth?

She went to the vet on Friday for her claws to be cut (I can't hold her still and do them by myself) and has been licking her paws since then, but also scratching at her mouth.
Could it be some sort of allergy?

I'll call them in the morning, but in the meantime does anyone have any idea? And is there anything I can/should do?

I don't know what it is, but if you happen to already have a 'cone of shame' I'd be inclined to use it.

Yeah looks like either an allergy or an infection. Poor thing. If you have a cone, I'd use that until you can get a vet appointment.
