For a black pug mum bred to a fawn sable pug dad to produce all grey Merle puppies bar one chocolate?!

Is it?

Just browsing pets4homes and come across this ad:

But Merle can only be produced with one Merle parent I thought?

There are some very dodgy puppy ads going arond and lots of scams
I reported a scammer to pets4homes last year and fraud squad got involved as i was scammed
I googled the womans phone no and lots of complaints, but looked again after i was told that someone else was scammed for a deposit of £250,by someone with the same name,the scammer is still at it
The lady who contacted me after seeing my warning decide she would look closer to home,only to find another scammer, who had 8 week old GSDs ,she asked to see the mum,he said the mum was in London,he had the pups as mums owner didn't have room for the pups, poor little things
The thing is they are getting away with it somehow
I have since heard of 2 more, it is rife just now
If only i had searched that womans no first i would never have contacted her

I have never seen that colour in a pug before. Also the price is shocking. My pug is 13 this year and my advice is only buy a KC registered one. Look on the KC website. I'm shocked at some of the adverts online that try to pass them off as pugs when they are crossed somewhere down the line.
I've had no issues with my pug just dental due to old age hes from a very good pedigree line and I do think it makes the difference. Breeders like that advert are in it for the money.
Also be careful you see the parents there is a lot of dog thefts going on at present due to the prices of puppies.
