Any experienced bulldog owners??

I rescued a 1 year old bulldog and she is like no dog I've ever met!
Really struggling with training, we've had trainers but they give up on her.. she's very stubborn and not consistently motivated by anything!
She's driving me nuts.. she has the most beautiful temperament.. she wouldn't intentionally harm a fly but she's big and stupid and her disobedience is starting to worry me around my 8 month old!

Any recommendations on training methods that might work?

Bulldogs are known for not being particularly intelligent, so I'd not be expecting crufts level obedience, but focusing on the fundamentals of what you need to be able to live with her. What are the top three things you would want resolve first?

I don't know what trainers you've tried, but I will note that there's a vast array of quality out there as literally any idiot can call themselves a trainer. I would seek an APDT qualified trainer.

Positive reinforcement gets you there in the end - you just have to be consistent, and with a breed like a bulldog you have to be extra patient.
